HAPAC (Holy Angels Parent Advisory Council)
The council was established to:
The group consists of parents from each grade. Representatives are selected by the principal. A chairperson, vice-chairperson, secretary and treasurer are selected for each school year. Room Parents from each grade will assist the HAPAC in dispensing information to all families. Parents are encouraged to contact their HAPAC representatives if they have a question or concern. The council meets the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in the science lab building. Visitors are always welcome. Minutes of the meeting are distributed to all families via SchoolSpeak.
- provide a school parent group for the purpose of on-going communication between the principal and school parents.
- act as an advisory board to the principal on school development and other school-related matters.
- reach out and get to know the parents in their respective grade level.
- actively support the monthly Family Mass and any fundraising activities of the school.
- encourage school parents to volunteer their talents and areas of expertise so they can serve on the various committees created by the advisory council.
- act as a communication bridge between the principal, teachers and parents.
