Grade 8 - Jay Joseph C
This SLE award recipient displays a welcoming spirit and attitude to everyone he interacts with. His kindness and friendly smile are always visible to all his peers and classmates alike. As our religion officer, he proclaims the word of God daily during our Morning Broadcasts. In addition, his “Be Like Jesus” mannerisms and language are wonderful examples to the entire student body.  

Grade 7 - Zoe C
This student displays the qualities of the SLE, Be Like Jesus, Though quiet and introspective, she is always ready to help classmates, showing kindness and care in her actions. As Snack/Hot Lunch Officer, she is responsible and diligent in fulfilling her new duties. It’s a pleasure having her in seventh grade this year.
 
Grade 6 - Briana G
This month’s SLE awardee is a shining star in the 6th grade. She consistently demonstrates a proactive attitude, always taking initiative in both her studies and her interactions with others. Whether she's tackling a challenging project or volunteering to help her classmates, her enthusiasm is contagious. With her effervescent personality, she brings positive energy wherever she goes. Her peers and teachers admire her teamwork and the joy she spreads through her bright and bubbly spirit. Congratulations, Briana!  
 
Grade 5 - Julianne T
We proudly recognize this October SLE awardee for consistently demonstrating a spirit of kindness, respect, and compassion toward her classmates and teachers. Her actions and choices reflect a heart committed to setting an example of living like Jesus, inspiring those around her with humility, responsibility, and strength of character. Thank you for being a living witness to Jesus's teachings, shining brightly among your classmates and in our community.  

Grade 4 - Jackson V
Displaying a Christian attitude and being like Jesus, this fourth grade student is a positive role model to others by making good choices, being kind, and encouraging others to be their best! In class, he demonstrates a quiet and respectful manner while in prayer or when sharing with others. His positive attitude helps our class to be a better place for learning, caring and sharing!  
 
Grade 3 - Erin C
Third grade SLE award recipient exemplifies the SLE "Be Like Jesus" in so many ways. She is always ready to offer help when it’s needed, and she does so with a kind and giving heart. Her prayers are recited with full attention, showing her deep connection to her faith. Her willingness to sing for the church and take on any responses without hesitation highlights her dedication to serving others and God. She embraces every challenge with an open heart, showing a spirit of obedience and joy, just like Jesus would.  
 
Grade 2 - Alyana S
Second grade SLE award recipient demonstrates the qualities for the SLE “Be Like Jesus” Award in many ways: She is a kind, loving and considerate classmate. She is always ready to offer her classmates support or help. She enjoys working with the other students. She is also a joy to have as a student. She listens attentively, recites our prayers in class with devotion, and completes her classwork, making her a great example for the rest of the class.  
 
Grade 1 - Avery C
First grade SLE award recipient is always kind and caring toward her classmates. She forgives easily and offers help whenever she can, whether it's to another student or a teacher. She is always willing to lend a hand and participates in prayer with sincerity. Her actions show how thoughtful and supportive she is, making her a great example for other.
 
TK/Kindergarten - Zayne T
This Kindergartner consistently demonstrates wonderful qualities in the classroom. He listens and follows instructions, showing kindness and respect to both his classmates and teachers. He uses his manners thoughtfully and displays genuine concentration and reverence during prayer. His efforts to 'Be Like Jesus' are truly admirable, and he sets a positive example for everyone around him.
 
Preschool - Olivia S
Preschool SLE award recipient exemplifies “Be Like Jesus” by actively participating in prayers and always showing a positive attitude toward her friends. If a child is already playing with a toy, she finds another one to play with. She says “good morning” when her friends or she comes into the classroom, and apologizes if she makes a mistake. Keep up the good work!

8th grade SLE award recipient is a respectful young lady who consistently welcomes everyone, teachers and peers alike, with her cheerful greetings. Her genuine care and kindness towards others show her commitment and goal to make a positive difference in everyone she interacts with, on a daily basis. In addition, she is a wonderful example and role model to our entire student body, here on campus!

This student exemplifies the SLE Be Like Jesus. She is always willing to be of service to her teachers and classmates. She displays a kind, friendly demeanor to those around her. She is a dependable and capable reader of the morning Gospel reading during morning broadcast. It’s a pleasure to have her in 7th grade this year.

This 6th Grade student is a dedicated and hardworking young lady who approaches her studies with determination and care. Her commitment to doing her best in every subject is matched by her respectful and polite behavior, making her a wonderful example to her peers. She consistently brings a positive attitude to the classroom and is always willing to put in the extra effort to achieve her goals. She embodies the values of kindness and diligence that are central to our Holy Angels Catholic School community.

Genesis is a quiet and attentive student who consistently listens and behaves well in class. She patiently waits her turn and participates meaningfully in class discussions. Genesis is not only friendly but also helpful to her peers, demonstrating kindness and support. She prays attentively during prayer. This Second grader has several traits that model Jesus. He listens politely to directions and takes responsibility for his own work and ideas.Gabriel often offers help by raising his hand in class, and happily goes up to the board to explain his work to the rest of the class. He expresses concern and respect for his classmates, in general, is very kind. He is a pleasure to teach in class.

Riley R
Riley exemplifies responsibility in every aspect of his academic endeavors. Whether it is completing and submitting his assignments diligently or asking for clarifications or questions, he demonstrates a strong sense of accountability, to ensure his success. In addition, he is a very respectful and welcoming young man who consistently puts forth great effort in all he does.

This young man makes an effort to be of assistance when needed. Though quiet and reflective, he is also dependable and helpful. He certainly tries to be a responsible school citizen.

While quiet and artistic, this sixth-grade student stands out as a responsible member of our school community. Through her considerate deeds and optimistic demeanor, she serves as a commendable role model for her peers. Over the course of this school year, she has consistently and steadily improved in her academic studies and can be counted on to help fellow classmates with math assignments while exhibiting integrity and compassion. Her enthusiasm for learning and determination to effect positive change establish her as a genuine inspiration for everyone.

Always ready to help and eager to learn, this caring fourth grade student does his best in all his classes, follows school rules, and is a great example of being a responsible citizen in our school community. He also enjoys creating artwork and continues to share his talents.

He is a two-time SLE recipient who has shown considerable improvement both academically and socially. Despite his initial shyness, he has become more outgoing and participates actively in classroom discussions, displaying a great sense of humor. He enjoys being challenged and participates in drawing contests, showcasing his creative side. He is reflective about his work, always listens attentively, and consistently submits his assignments on time." He demonstrates being a Responsible Citizen.

Mel has improved her behavior in and outside the classroom. She has been responsible in turning her assignments and other class works. She always offer help to her classmates and is happy in doing so. Congratulations, Mel!

Perla R
Diego shows responsibility by listening to the teacher and following directions. He completes tasks without having to be reminded and stays focused while working. He keeps his desk and belongings neat and clean as well.

This 8th grade SLE award recipient is the epitome of excellence, dedication, leadership, and academic prowess that sets a shining example for all her peers and for the entire school community. She has worked hard to earn Principal’s List recognition during the first two trimesters, along with balancing her time and talents while being our Student Body President, and being part of our school choir and playing on the basketball team. In addition, she plays guitar during our school masses. She truly embodies the values of integrity, compassion, kindness and hard work while demonstrating all three Student Learning Expectations of “Being Like Jesus”, “Being the Best You Can Be” and “Being a Responsible Citizen” daily, on and off campus.

The sixth-grade SLE awardee is a dedicated and bright student with a heart full of determination and good common sense. She is always striving to be the best version of herself, both academically and personally. Whether she's tackling challenging assignments or lending a helping hand to a classmate in need, her commitment to excellence and kindness makes her a valued member of our school community.
