January Student Learning Expectations Awards

Grade 8
Carmelo V
This SLE award recipient has an outstanding work ethic and is a positive presence in our HA school community. He consistently works hard on his assignments and often works ahead to ensure that his responsibilities are completed with quality. Beyond academics, he is known for his welcoming nature, greeting others each day with kindness and respect. In addition, he faithfully reads the Gospel during our morning broadcasts and generously gives his time to help with snack sales. His dedication, service, and positive attitude make him a wonderful example for everyone here at school.

Grade 7
Cyleigh E
This young lady has displayed steady growth as a student. Though naturally shy, she has grown in confidence, pushing herself to participate in class and school activities. As a result, she is our current school spelling bee champion. We are proud of her.

Grade 6
Reese R
This 6th grade student always tries her best in all of her schoolwork. She is respectful, quiet, and attentive in the classroom, and her gentle, positive presence makes her a joy to have in class.

Grade 5
Avery R
This 5th grade student consistently demonstrates the determination to complete all academic tasks and responsibilities with punctuality and care. His dedication to learning is evident in the pride he takes in his work and his daily drive to achieve excellence, truly embodying the spirit of reaching one’s full potential.

Grade 4
Avery CM
This fourth grade student demonstrates what it means to “Be the Best You Can Be.” She brings a calm presence to our classroom each day, always wearing a smile and maintaining a friendly attitude, even during our busy month of January. She consistently does her best academically and brings wonderful creativity to our classroom. Keep up the good work!

Grade 3
Juan Diego R
He is well loved by his classmates and shows genuine empathy and sensitivity toward the needs of others. His playful and friendly nature, along with his wonderful sense of humor, brings joy to those around him. He consistently strives to do his best in his academic work and truly exemplifies being the best he can be.

Grade 2
Mila P
This award celebrates our second-grade SLE recipient, who consistently demonstrates kindness and serves as a devoted friend to all her classmates. By always striving to make good choices, her actions reflect a deep sense of respect and model the example of Jesus. We are truly blessed to have a student with such a kind and beautiful spirit.

Maxence B
This award celebrates a student who shows us what it means to give 100% effort! She is always trying her hardest, asking great questions, and jumping into every discussion. She is a wonderful friend who is always there to help others and celebrate their wins. Great job!

Our SLE recipient is loving her journey in kindergarten! Whether she is focusing on her work, being a kind friend, or being a responsible citizen, she always tries her very best. She listens carefully to her teachers and works hard every day. Carina you are doing an amazing job—keep it up!

Preschool

This preschool awardee demonstrates “Be the Best You Can Be” by always trying her best and actively participating in class by asking and answering questions. Her participation in the talent show showed her confidence and belief that she can succeed. Keep shining and continue being the best you can be!
