This past week I've practically lived in the Science lab because of the Book Fair. In that room alone I've witnessed a gazillion acts of Kindness - helping with set up with no expectation of a reward, saying Good Morning and Thank You, putting books back where they belong, sharing your dime or quarter when you think I am not paying attention to a classmate so they can make the cost of tax, AND purchasing a bookmark from Bookmark Haven to help the Reach Out and Read Foundation --- ALL SORTS OF KINDNESS happening in one room.
I notice your kindness, the teachers notice your kindness, and Sister Leonarda notices your kindness. Just as the recipient for February's Kindness Award was noticed. She is kind and generous with her time, and always ready to be of service when needed. She is warm and welcoming to anyone and everyone. The February Kindness Award recipient is Vanessa Maniva.
Kindness is Simple.
Kindness is Love.
