November Student Learning Expectations Award

Congratulations to the November Student Learning Expectations Award recipients.

Preschool - Marcella M
 Marcella is kind and caring. She tries to reach out to friends who are alone. She also has an encouraging saying, “It’s okay, you can do better next time." Marcella shows the Student Learning Expectation of “Be the Best You Can Be” by completing seat work activities with quality, and by participating actively in asking and answering questions.

Kindergarten - Winter D.
Winter demonstrates the Student Learning Expectation of Be the Best You Can Be by being a conscientious student so that she can reach mastery of the skills she is learning. She participates in class discussions and supports her classmates in their learning. Winter is very helpful in the classroom and demonstrates the qualities of a good citizen.

Grade 1 - Erin C.
Erin demonstrates the Student Learning Expectation of “Be the Best You Can Be,” by always being sweet and respectful of others. She is active in class discussions and activities.  She has positive energy and a well-mannered attitude toward her classmates and teachers. She takes great pride in her work and shows her creativity during free drawing and artwork.

Grade 2 - Collin R.
Collin has been doing good work overall. He takes pride in doing his work neatly and correctly. He also demonstrates “Be the Best You Can Be” by showing good growth in the basic skills, and he is willing to take part in all class activities.

Grade 3 - Camryn T.
Camryn is very detail oriented. She keeps her work neat and precise and has a good hold on her responsibilities as a student. Camryn somehow makes all the hard classwork look easy. Her critical thinking skills are on another level. She brings up an idea or asks a question that no one’s thought of yet. Camryn’s energy in the classroom is inspiring, fun, and supportive. She is always there to lend a hand for support and laugh when her classmates are down. Well done, Camryn, and congratulations on being our 3rd Grade November SLE Award recipient.

Grade 4 - Zac F.
Caring, polite, helpful and studious are all the qualities describing the 4th grade student chosen for our November SLE Award. He also demonstrates “Be the Best You Can Be”  by challenging himself to participate more in class, keep up his academic success, and improve his speaking and writing skills.

Grade 5 - Daniel G.
Daniel is a very kind and considerate student and always tries his best to complete his work on time. He knows how to use his time wisely. He  also demonstrates  “Be the Best You Can Be.” He loves to participate in class discussions.

Grade 6 - Jenna S.
Sixth Grade SLE Awardee tries her best in all she undertakes. She is an active listener and learner, and makes sure she understands the specifics of each lesson and the directions given. She uses her time wisely while at school and still has time to help out in the classroom whenever asked. She is a wonderful example of someone who tries to Be the Best She Can Be.

Grade 7 - Marco G.
Marco is kind, cooperative and hardworking.  He is trying his best in his studies. He is focused in class and makes an effort to produce and complete quality work. Though shy in nature, he is striving to become a stronger class participant.

Grade 8 - Deanna D.
​Deanna is a very respectful, hard-working, conscientious student who takes great pride in all her work and assignments she submits.  She can always be heard using the magic words “thank you” and “please” when interacting with others.  She is a regular participant during class discussions, always giving her insight and opinion about the topic at hand.  Deanna does her very best to exemplify “Being the Best She Can Be” at all times in and out of the classroom.
